The Supplier Quality and Development (SQD) department is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to fulfill a co-op position, starting in the Summer of 2018.
Co-ops/interns have a unique opportunity to apply their academic learning within an organization that delivers innovative safety products that protect lives in communities around the world. The SQD co-op will interact with multiple functions including supply chain, new product development engineering, quality engineering and suppliers. The co-op will gain an appreciation and understanding of Supplier Quality Management tools that drive best-in-class supplier capabilities, delivery, quality and cost. The selected candidate will also develop strong problem solving skills while assisting the department through 8D problem solving on key supplier-related quality issues.
