Established in 1914, MSA is the world's leading manufacturer of safety products designed to protect people throughout the world. Working alongside experienced engineers, co-ops have a unique opportunity to apply their academic learning to products that protect lives in communities around the world. The Software Engineering Team co-op will gain an appreciation and understanding of software development and methods to ensure software quality, including verification. The co-op will support MSA's software development process through any of the following activities:
- Integration testing infrastructure development or experimentation
- Integration test case creation
- Investigating tool plug-ins to speed development or testing
Special knowledge, skills and abilities requirements:
Education and experience required:
- Incumbent should be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,preferably at an ABET-accredited school, and completed at least two years before beginning this co-op.
